  • 01. What can Bezaleel Solutions help me with?

    With whatever we can. Understanding what you want, preparing cost analysis, establishing team roles, creating roadmaps, and working on your project be it graphics or application development.   • 02. How do I create a product or service with you?

    If you have an idea contact us by our online form, request a callback, e-mail (info@bezaleelsolutions.com) or direct telephone call during our working hours. We'll meet (virtually or in-person where necessary) and talk it over. Just be sure to prepare as much info about your idea as possible, it will smoothen the meeting and benefit further cooperation. If you don't know how to get around to it, don’t worry our business planning team will guide you through your thoughts process. All you need to do is just reach out to us.

  • 03. Do you create a mobile or a web app?

    YES, we do! However, both have their pros and cons. Mobile apps are surely more expensive but can provide you with many more data collecting, monetisation capabilities than web applications. Progressive Web Apps are a good compromise between a mobile and web app — you can learn more about PWA when you talk to any of our sales team. But remember that sooner or later you may need both mobile and web app and when that moment comes, we at Bezaleel Solutions are ready to make that happen for you.

  • 04. What do I need to know before contacting you?

    The most important thing to know is what you want to accomplish with the solution you want, and by answering the following questions you will have more clarity. For example, Why do I need this application? What for? What should it do? How soon do I want it? Do I want to develop all its features all at once or a section at a time?

    Having a clear vision in mind is crucial when creating a website or an application. You don't want to spend many months developing it with us without being sure of what you need.     You certainly DO NOT have to be a technology expert to deal with us, that is what we are here for! We welcome your experience in the solution you want to design or develop if you happen to have any, but we are prepared to guide you through from the ideal conceptualisation to the development phase. Focus on your needs and we will deliver what you require.

  • 06. How much time will it take for you to make my designs, app or web application?

    To give you a precise answer we must prepare a project scope for clarity on what is needed to be done and to create a budget before work commences on most of our projects. We shall tell you how much of that scope can be completed within the budget and we'll be able to estimate how long it will take after the project scope has been discussed and agreed with you or if it has been well defined and understood by both parties (You and Us).

  • 07. How do you guarantee product quality on the service you provide?

    We evaluate the result after every two weeks or less on our web/app development jobs, we test our work (we conduct both development and acceptance tests), we present it to you, we apply your feedback so you know you get what you are paying for. Our development process is based validation and verification process to match your need. Lastly, our duty is to guarantee our customer satisfaction.

  • 08. How can I be sure you work at my project as much as you declare?

    We thoroughly monitor our developers and control how much time they spend on each task down to the exact minute. We use Trello or Slack or Harvest software or Redmine to track time spent on all of our projects.

    Not at all! We want you to be sure you'll receive the product you desire.   • 11. What happens after you finish my website/app?

    Hopefully, the website/app is exactly what you dreamed of! LOL! But apart from delivering a finished product, we are happy to provide you with technical support and app maintenance should you need it. After all, we know our work inside out. Of course, if you want to maintain the website/app by yourself the source code and all technical data is at your disposal, but even in that case, feel free to contact us if you need any help.

  • 12. Are you able to double the size of the team involved in the project if the need arises?

    If improvements need to be implemented quickly, an additional team member can be assigned to accelerate this phase of the development process. With less intensive work, team size can be reduced, and if you want to expand the product or create a completely new one at the same time, if you focus on just one project, you are ready to adapt to the requirements.

  • 13. Will development include the creation of prototypes and demo versions that I can try out?

    The use of Agile Methodology forces us to develop the operating software or web application as quickly as possible, rather than simply adding the next feature later. We can therefore examine and test the software very early, but we would not call it a demo version.

  • 14. Will my observations concerning the prototypes be factored into the final version?

    YES! Thanks to the Agile Methodology we are able to iterate the project during its development and include your feedback to improve the product as it is being created.

  • 15. Can the software be upgraded in the future as new technology becomes available?

    YES! We are always happy to improve, upgrade and further develop our work.

  • 16. What if I come to you with a product that I want to improve?

    We at Bezaleel Solutions will be more than happy to help you with that. Beginning with a UX Audit (if applicable) through improving your system architecture and adding new features.

  • 17. Will a project manager be assigned to me as a contact person? Will this contact person be available throughout the time the software/ application is being developed?

    Yes. All our customers are assigned a project manager that serves as their guide and information source throughout our whole cooperation.

  • 18. Will my project manager send me a progress report on a daily basis detailing the work that has been completed? What other pieces of information will they update me on? Will the progress report include a plan for the next sprint?

    We will send you a report every two weeks (i.e. after each sprint, when the next version of the application/software is completed) or every month if you prefer depending on the length of time of the project. The report will include info on what we plan to achieve in the next sprint. Apart from that you are welcome to contact us any time either in person, via Skype, phone, e-mail or live chat. During work hours we usually answer after no more than few minutes.

  • 19. My product is very complex and innovative, I’m dealing with many legacy systems and complicated tech structure in my company. Will the app be compatible with our technology and perform despite those difficulties?
