Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to identify and report defects, ensuring that our products meet the specified requirements and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements.

Test Execution: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

Automation Testing: Contribute to the development and execution of automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Not Compulsory), Software Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar QA role.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

ISTQB or other relevant certifications.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of performance testing tools.
